Refund Deduction:
A 500 PKR deduction applies to returns to cover shipping, processing and restocking fees.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for returning the item to our warehouse at their own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for security.
Size Issue Exception:
If your required size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued without any deductions.
Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Price adjustments will be made for exchanges. Refunds are typically issued within 3 to 5 business days.
