DELIVERY

• During sales, delivery may take up to 10 working days. Weekends and public holidays are not included.
• Customers must pay before receiving the parcel due to security concerns.
• If the parcel is opened or damaged, customers should reject the delivery.
• A signature is required upon delivery.

ADVANCE PAYMENT POLICY

We provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. However, for orders containing more than one footwear item, an advance payment of 500 PKR is required. This amount will be adjusted against the total COD payment at the time of delivery. Please note that this advance payment is non-refundable in case of a return.

This policy is implemented to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.
